Hong Kong has long been on my bucket list. The fascination started when I played Sleeping Dogs on Playstation 3 back in 2014. The complexity and density of the city really intrigued me. Then, just in time for the Clockenflap festival lineup featuring my favorite Japanese band, Envy, I made the decision to plan my first visit to Hong Kong. This time, however, my wife didn’t accompany me, marking my first solo trip since getting married.

Hong Kong is an incredibly vibrant city. I’ve never been to a place where every corner offers so many fascinating things. It’s not just the hustle and bustle of the people, but also the name signs, buildings, storefronts, and public transportation. From morning till night, there’s always something I feel compelled to capture.

If I get another chance to visit, the only thing I’ll need to add is more money, as everything here tends to be quite expensive for my budget, haha!
